Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical operations across its programs in Delaware. You will oversee staffing, training, and supervision of clinicians, ensuring care is delivered in a harm-reduction, recovery-oriented model and aligned with CARF and state regulations.

In collaboration with the Executive Director and Medical Director, you will monitor KPIs, ensure documentation integrity, and support continuous clinical improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field and at least 5 years of clinical leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in human services or behavioral health.
• Experience in harm reduction and OTP settings is required.
• Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills, including EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily administration and supervision of clinical services across Kolmac programs.
• Staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based care models and clinical standards; monitor KPIs.
• Provide direct clinical coverage or supervise to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Medical Director to enhance programs and growth.
