Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Arlington, VA is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee clinical programming, staff supervision, and program evaluation. The role partners with the Executive Director to manage KPIs and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and CARF standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Behavioral Health, at least 5 years in the field, and a track record in substance use treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/management within human services.
• Experience with substance use treatment and CARF/state regulations.
• Must be willing to work evenings at least three times a week.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute established clinical programming and supervise staff.
• Monitor KPIs: patient retention, completion, and length of stay.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Lead performance reviews and staff development activities.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and medical leadership to improve programming.
• Oversee chart reviews, documentation, and group supervision.
• Maintain model fidelity and evidence-based practices.
