Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Services (LCSW/LPCMH required) to oversee daily administration and supervision of clinical programs across the organization. Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience in human services.
• Experience in harm reduction.
• Experience in an OTP setting.
• LCPMH/LCSW in Delaware; SUD Supervisor preferred in MD.
• Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements.
• Proven group and individual counseling skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills with EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director on staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Conduct regular supervision, reviews, and feedback sessions to drive growth and accountability.
• Address performance issues professionally and compassionately.
• Maintain a high-performing, values-aligned clinical team culture.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based care models and model fidelity.
• Observe sessions to ensure clinical standards and diagnose improvements.
• Safeguard clinical documentation and regulatory compliance (CARF/state/DEA).
• Monitor clinical outcomes KPIs (retention, completion, outcomes, LOS).
• Oversee staff KPIs and timecard approvals for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with compliance for regulatory readiness (CARF/state/DEA).
• Provide coverage or reduced caseload during crises as needed.
• Lead trainings and outreach to strengthen referrals and program visibility.
• Support organizational growth and community partnerships.
