Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Dover, DE seeks a Director of Clinical Services (LCSW/LPCMH Required) to lead daily administration and supervision of addiction treatment and behavioral health services. You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance with CARF/state regulations while driving clinical outcomes.

You'll partner with leadership to manage KPIs, support clinical staff, and ensure harm-reduction, evidence-based care, and trauma-informed practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a human services or behavioral health setting.
• Must have experience working in harm reduction.
• Must have experience working in an OTP setting.
• LCPMH/LCSW in Delaware; preferred SUD Approved Supervisor in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily administration and supervision of Kolmac-CCG clinical services.
• Staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management of clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with Kolmac/CCG policies, CARF/state regs, and DEA requirements.
• Monitor clinical outcomes KPIs and patient satisfaction; drive quality and fidelity of care.
• Provide direct clinical coverage or reduced caseload as needed; mentor and develop staff.
• Collaborate with HR for onboarding/offboarding and with leadership for program growth.
