Job summary

ERC Pathlight seeks a Clinical Manager to supervise counseling staff and provide leadership for the clinical team. You will deliver counseling services, develop care models, ensure quality and compliance, and collaborate with executives on strategic planning.

The role requires a graduate degree in mental health, active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMHC or equivalent), and 5+ years of related clinical work plus 2+ years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC or similar licensure is required.
• 5+ years of working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders is required.
• 2+ years of management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for counseling services, including defining and refining the counseling service model and strategy, supervising and managing staff, coordinating with community resources, and tracking service delivery.
• Leads clinical team to maximize coordination and collaboration among staff and to implement new services strategies.
• Assigns patients to counselors and monitors quality and service levels.
• Oversees case file management and monthly tracking reports; submits summaries to management as requested.
• Recruits, trains, and assists staff; conducts performance appraisals and counsels on performance issues.
• Ensures delivery of services is quality-driven, compliant, and within budget; collaborates with Executive Management on strategic initiatives.
• Develops and maintains clinical budget and participates in strategic planning.
• Develops training protocols and ensures HIPAA and Joint Commission compliance.
