Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an Operations Manager for the Cardiac Surgery Support MPLS service line in Minneapolis. The role focuses on overseeing operations, developing clinical programs, and improving quality measures and patient experience across sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating outreach, staffing models, program development, and dashboard management, with cross-coverage between ANW and United and occasional Mercy coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
• 3 to 7 years of experience in practice management and/or program management and development at a health care organization
• 2 to 5 years of leadership experience
• Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manages operations and clinical program development for a specified clinical service line and collaborates with leaders and clinicians to ensure quality measures, patient experience and provider productivity.
• Partners with a physician leader to manage clinicians and ensures development and application of consistent clinical programs and services within the clinical service line.
• Operations management: works with leadership on outreach schedules and access, equipment standardization, quality improvement initiatives, and staffing model.
• Practice management: ensures compliance on policies and protocols for clinical service line; schedules meetings; recruitment initiatives.
• Program development: ensures staffing for all clinical programs; leads business and operational planning; manages dashboard for clinical service line.
• Other duties as assigned.
