Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The Clinic Operations Coordinator role supports efficient patient scheduling, accurate registration, medical records, and billing for clinic and physician services across the Cardiac Surgery department.

The position is 1.0 FTE with 8-hour day shifts, no weekends, and cross coverage to United Hospital. Strong organizational skills and healthcare scheduling experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a health care or medical office setting.
• 0 to 2 years of experience with basic office supervision and management skills.
• 0 to 2 years of experience with health care scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates business office activities to facilitate efficient patient scheduling.
• Manages patient electronic medical record.
• Handles billing for clinic and physician services.
• Creates provider schedules, assists with productivity reports and assists and facilitates meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
