Qualifications

• Typing speed requirement (min 55 WPM; 70+ preferred).
• Commitment of at least 1 year (2+ preferred).
• Ability to work in-clinic ~40–45 hours per week, full-time only.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in structured notes (HPI, assessment, plan, PE).
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries and support documentation improvements.
