Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD coding experience preferred.
• Clinical experience or shadowing strongly preferred.
• Scribe or transcription experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in structured notes with HPI, assessment, plan, and physical exam.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes and prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Support Daily Huddles and Clinical Documentation reviews.
• Provide administrative support to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
