Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the Clinical Scheduling and Staffing Office team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic staffing plans based on patient acuity and operational needs.
  • Partner with Human Resources to support recruitment, posting, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce movement.
  • Develop and maintain tools to monitor time reporting, leave usage, benefit time, and other workforce data.
  • Analyze staffing patterns, overtime, and capacity; provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, charts, graphs, and staffing information for leadership.
  • Oversee monthly clinical staffing schedules and licensure mix across units.
  • Coordinate procurement and use of contracted clinical staff as needed.
  • Provide guidance to employees on scheduling, payroll, leave procedures, and policies.
  • Collaborate with management, HR, labor representatives to ensure compliance with agency policies and CBAs.
