You will partner with leadership to ensure scheduling accuracy and adherence to established processes through onboarding, QA reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for new Clinical Scheduling team members.
• Provide ongoing education, coaching, and support to enhance performance and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for scheduling processes and best practices.
• Communicate process updates and training initiatives to team members.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure scheduling accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and training materials remain current and standardized.
• Partner with Scheduling Leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
