Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Director of Clinical Scheduling to oversee Vision, Hearing and Podiatry scheduling and Clinical Care Coordinators. The role drives efficiency, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction across markets.

You will develop scheduling strategies, mentor team members, and partner with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure service delivery in new markets while presenting performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a leadership role, manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Vision, Hearing and PodiatryClinical Care Coordinator teams to create efficient schedules.
• Collaborate with Director of Customer Support to resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with scheduling teams across service lines to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Identify gaps in scheduling processes and implement solutions with the team.
• Monitor scheduling efficiencies and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Prepare and present reports on service delivery across markets.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
