Responsibilities

• Prepare call and assignment schedules for physician and nursing staff using the scheduling application (Qgenda) and ensure accuracy and equity.
• Maintain schedules and update as needed; communicate conflicts and resolutions.
• Forecast scheduling needs for special days such as resident exams or department training days.
