Job summary

The University of Georgia’s AU/UGA Medical Partnership is hiring a Clerkship & Enrichment Coordinator to manage site placements, registrations, and scheduling for 3rd and 4th year medical students. You will maintain clerkship rotation schedules across platforms (One45, Desire2Learn, Banner, Aquifer) and support site administrators and preceptors.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd and 4th year clerkship course scheduling across multiple platforms.
• Support home/away electives and VSLO programs; assist in evaluations.
• Coordinate clerkship curricula with faculty and community preceptors.
• Attend meetings and prepare action items for curriculum activities.
• Provide general administrative support for the 3rd and 4th year program.
• Proctor exams as needed and assist in clerkship events.
