Job summary

The University of Georgia is seeking a Clerkship & Enrichment Coordinator to manage 3rd and 4th year medical student clerkships, placements, and schedules. You will oversee rotation schedules across One45, Desire2Learn, Banner, and Aquifer, coordinating with site administrators and preceptors.

Reporting to the Campus Director of Clerkship and Enrichment Curriculum, responsibilities include supporting VSLO, managing evaluations, and providing essential administrative support in an academic

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; experience with healthcare professionals and educational environments.

Responsibilities

• 3rd and 4th year course management, scheduling, and clerkship site maintenance across platforms.
• Support clerkship evaluations and liaise between Medical Partnership and community faculty.
• Assist with VSLO program and other curricular processes for the 3rd/4th year.
• Provide general administrative support and coordinate home/away electives.
