Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking a Clinical Risk Manager to lead risk assessment and patient safety initiatives across units. You will analyze incidents, guide corrective actions, and partner with Claims and Performance Improvement to reduce liability and enhance care quality.

The role involves on-site collaboration, on-call rotations, and travel to hospital sites as needed. A nursing or health administration background with risk management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or Nursing.
• RN license in Illinois preferred.
• 5+ years clinical experience.
• 2+ years patient safety/risk management experience as a specialty or associated with Clinical Leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with Epic and RL Solutions preferred.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization confidently and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Review and prioritize reported clinical events to reduce patient safety events.
• Identify risks and work with interdisciplinary teams on mitigation.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve safety culture.
• Investigate occurrences to discuss liability with Claims.
• Takes call 24/7 on rotating basis.
• Travel to Endeavor Health hospitals as needed.
