You will collaborate with Claims Management, Performance Improvement, and operational leaders to reduce patient safety events.

This role requires RN or health administration background, 5+ years clinical and 2+ years risk management experience, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills - written and verbal with ability to interact at all levels.
• Experience in risk management or clinical leadership with investigation and learning.
• RN licensed or health administration background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review electronically reported events and identify risks in inpatient units and procedural areas.
• Lead risk mitigation strategies and coordinate with leaders to ensure timely action and learning.
• Provide support for patient safety education and trend analysis for leadership.
• Collaborate with Claims Management, Performance Improvement, and Legal teams.
• Educate staff on risk management practices and maintain safety culture.
