Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking an RN Clinical Resource Support Nurse to mentor new graduates and nurses transitioning to new specialties. You will round on units, provide feedback, and support nursing practice standards to ensure high-quality patient care.

This role spans multiple units, facilitates education during rapid responses, and collaborates with managers and hospital councils to advance nursing practice and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• 3+ years nursing experience preferred.
• State RN license required (New Hampshire).

Responsibilities

• Performs rounds on nursing units, observing, evaluating and assessing quality of patient care.
• Provides feedback, mentoring and guidance to new graduate nurses and those transitioning to new specialties.
• Supports compliance with hospital nursing standards, policies and procedures.
• Assists with education during rapid responses and codes, providing direction and debriefing as needed.
