Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care under the direction of a provider and Practice Manager. You will assess, treat, plan care, and evaluate medical care while also training clinical staff and serving as a clinical resource.

Responsibilities include patient education, medication administration, and EMR documentation. This role requires NH RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification, with at least one year of acute-care experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Hampshire.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year as an RN in a medical/acute-care setting.
• Two years of formal training beyond high school (e.g., Associates Degree).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates educational and training programs for all clinical staff.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols and workflows.
• Performs physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Triages patient phone calls.
• Documents into the patient EMR.
• Provides education to patients.
• Administers prescribed medications.
• Completes practice and unit-specific clinical skill competencies.
