Qualifications

• BSN preferred or in progress.
• Active MA RN license required.
• 3–5 years of ambulatory/outpatient nursing experience.
• Experience in staff education, quality improvement, or clinical leadership preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and clinical documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing and operational leadership to support clinical practice and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and competency-based education for nursing staff and medical assistants.
• Provide real-time guidance and feedback to staff in daily operations as a clinical resource.
• Conduct chart reviews and performance feedback to support staff development.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance through education and process improvement.
• Support transitions of care and evidence-based practice implementation.
• Participate in infection control and clinical operations committees.
