Job summary

Health Partners Plans is seeking a Clinical Research Systems Analyst to support implementation, administration, integration, reporting, and optimization of clinical research information systems, including CTMS and IRB systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Clinical Research Informatics, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Information Systems, Clinical Research Informatics, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years professional experience in clinical research informatics, biomedical informatics, healthcare analytics, health information systems, research administration, or related field.
• 3 years experience with clinical research systems and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and analytics tools (Python, R, Java).
• Knowledge of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and research operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics resources that support research operations, compliance, and data quality initiatives.
• Monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency within clinical research systems.
• Understand, integrate, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to support operational and strategic needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs, reporting requirements, workflow challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support for clinical research systems and related tools.
• Design custom reports, dashboards, and visualization tools to support decision-making across research programs.
• Troubleshoot system and data-related issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate and participate in projects involving system implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, or optimization.
