Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Clinical Research Systems Analyst to support the implementation, administration, integration, reporting, and optimization of clinical research information systems, including CTMS and IRB platforms. You will develop automated reports, dashboards, and analytics to enhance research operations and compliance across multiple sources.

You will collaborate with researchers, administrators, and clinical staff to improve data quality and system use, coordinate informatics

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Clinical Research Informatics, or related field.
• Preferred Master’s in Information Systems, Clinical Research Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in clinical research informatics or related healthcare analytics.
• Experience with clinical research systems and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and cross-stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics resources for research operations and compliance.
• Monitor data quality and integrity within clinical research systems.
• Integrate and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to support operations and strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide SME support for clinical research systems and related applications.
• Design dashboards and tools to aid decision-making across research programs.
