Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational functions and improving business procedures.

Compensation

$135,000-180,000/year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operational policies and objectives.
• Manage HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial and operational metrics.
• Implement business strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Report to the President and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research.
• Experience managing research staff.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Teams preferred.

Working Conditions

• Indoor office environment.
• Physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Reporting as scheduled is essential.
