Job summary

Unity Health seeks a Clinical Research Supervisor to oversee all clinical research services, recruit and manage staff in the research program, and strategically position the program for success. The role includes budgeting, overseeing studies, and coordinating research activities to ensure quality and compliance.

You will develop the program's business plan, set annual initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to advance research goals in a patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, in business, health or public administration, management or related field.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); data mining software; and electronic health records.
• 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred. Highly organized with strong oral and written communication. Ability to maintain PHI per HIPAA.
• Experience/knowledge of healthcare strategies such as episodes of care, patient-centered medical home, accountable care organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all services associated with clinical research.
• Recruitment, staffing and management of staff assigned to the research program.
• Strategic positioning of the program and management of its financial performance.
• Responsible for securement, oversight, and coordination of research studies.
• Develop a clinical research program business plan and set annual strategic initiatives.
