• Masters Degree in relevant discipline is required.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with statistics.
• Five years progressively more responsible related clinical research experience, including supervisory skills and effective interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates with the principal investigator in development, design and data management for one or more large clinical research studies.
• Supervises non-MD/PhD research staff and provides performance evaluations.
• Monitors budgets, including identification and reconciliation of variances.
• Coordinates staff interviews, training and adherence to procedures to ensure participant recruitment and data integrity.
