Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas seeks a Clinical Research Supervisor to oversee daily supervision of Clinical Research staff. This role develops, negotiates, and monitors budgets for funded research projects, and facilitates the implementation of clinical research initiatives.

You will ensure quality and timely completion, coordinate federal and institutional guidelines, and support Principal Investigators. Strong leadership, budget and regulatory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience.
• Experience: 2 years in clinical research or related field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and finance for research projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and monitor funded research projects.
• Assist in development of protocols, grants, contracts, and budgets.
• Coordinate IRB submissions and regulatory reporting.
• Supervise and evaluate Clinical Research staff.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, IRB, and other guidelines.
• Foster relationships with sponsors, PIs, and stakeholders.
