Job summary

The University of Miami is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Research to independently oversee complex trials, provide expert guidance, and manage operations. You will lead a team of Clinical Research Coordinators, ensure protocol adherence, and drive data quality across CTMS and related systems.

You will mentor staff, coordinate multi-department projects, and ensure timely project milestones while upholding Good Clinical Practice and institutional policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor CRCs, serving as a resource on trial conduct.
• Coordinate and oversee complex clinical trial activities and milestones.
• Lead meetings, review protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Utilize CTMS, DHS, Access and Excel to support data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research initiatives.
• Develop training materials and oversee staff onboarding.
• Monitor data quality, source documentation, and audits.
• Support regulatory submissions and audit preparations.
