You will ensure regulatory compliance, complete detailed paperwork, and collaborate with physicians, sponsors, and departments to meet protocol requirements, while fostering service excellence in a high-volume research environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in clinical research or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong regulatory and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and electronic data capture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision of clinical research staff.
• Support Research Manager/Director and Principal Investigator.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for each protocol.
• Handle enrollment of participants and coordination with sponsors and departments.
