Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Program Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of trial programs in Milwaukee. You will assist with recruiting and consent, coordinate protocols, and help manage databases to ensure study progress.

Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, IRB compliance, and collaboration with investigators across departments and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute education.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from participants.
• Coordinate research protocols including arranging appointments and procedures with other departments and institutions.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate research data; maintain comprehensive databases and files.
• Identify problems or obstacles in the system related to protocol implementation and report to investigators.
• Ensure compliance with IRB and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare IRB documents and assist in writing research protocols with investigators.
• Collaborate on development of program materials including educational and marketing content.
• Maintain program timeline and track deadlines for components.
• Coordinate outreach activities and organize meetings, site visits and events.
• Monitor study budgets and support resource development and funding opportunities.
