Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a finance professional to collect, analyze, and summarize the financial objectives of the clinical research office, coordinating contracts, budgets, expenditures, invoicing, and fiscal compliance.

You will develop reports, monitor budgets and KPIs, and provide guidance to investigators and collaborators to ensure effective use of resources across clinical research projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in short- and long-term strategy initiatives for contracts and budgets.
• Develops information to analyze fiscal operations and aid budget management.
• Generates reports on project enrollments, grant management, and budgeting.
• Guides collaboration with consortium partners on budgets and expense reporting.
• Assists with operating budgets and ongoing project reporting to stakeholders.
• Monitors KPIs to measure resource expenditure and office efficiency.
