Job summary

Nationwide-Children seeks an experienced strategic clinical research financial architect to guide budgeting, billing, and regulatory compliance across research programs. You will lead the Systems Solution team, set productivity metrics, and oversee all projects involving human subjects and billable procedures.

You will enforce precise categorization of services, monitor regulatory shifts, and develop advanced resources to promote financial literacy and billing compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of clinical research, IRB processes, and regulatory standards.
• Experience designing and enforcing financial processes within research programs.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads operations and oversees the employment lifecycle of the Systems Solution team.
• Collaborates to establish productivity metrics and strategic goals.
• Directs reviews and approves projects involving human subjects and billable procedures.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
• Manages budgeting, invoicing, and financial risk for specialized programs.
