Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Research Finance Specialist to perform moderately complex accounting tasks tied to clinical trial financials within CTMS. You will invoice, reconcile, report revenue, and support study activation through closeout under senior supervision.

You will collaborate with the Research Finance Team and study sites to ensure accurate billing, contract compliance, and timely payments while contributing to monthly financial closes and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, bachelor's preferred.
• Three years of applicable experience or a mix of education and work history.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience in CTMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions for the Research Department including invoicing and payments.
• Build and manage studies in CTMS with contract terms and budgets.
• Review budgets for impact to contracts and amendments.
• Create invoice templates per CTAs and monitor billing with sites.
• Reconcile monthly expenses and manage past due collections.
• Interface with sponsors/CROs to resolve invoicing issues.
• Support monthly financial reporting and internal audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation.
