Job summary

Pinnacle Clinical Research- A Summit Solution in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee daily trial operations, ensure protocol compliance, and manage regulatory requirements.

You will recruit participants, document activities, and coordinate with sponsors, sites, and vendors while maintaining data integrity and participant safety. The role reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Assistant or Coordinator.
• 1-2 years of experience in Clinical Research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRIO/CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines; GCP training required and recertified every 2 years.
• Spoken English and Spanish preferred; effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials.
• Recruit and screen study participants and maintain engagement.
• Ensure participant privacy and data confidentiality per regulations.
• Complete study assessments and data management tasks per guidelines.
• Coordinate with sponsors, monitors, and external vendors.
• Track enrollment and site performance to meet goals.
• Maintain regulatory documents and assist CAPA as needed.
• Report safety information to regulatory agencies.
