Job summary

Renown Health seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator I to coordinate and manage clinical research activities within the clinical research team. You will draft protocol submissions, monitor compliance, handle data collection, and maintain regulatory documentation under supervision.

The role involves direct patient interactions, scheduling, consent procedures, and collaboration with study staff and PIs to meet study deadlines. A strong emphasis on accuracy and process adherence is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree required; OR High School Diploma/GED with two years of clinical, healthcare, research, regulatory, laboratory, or data management experience.
• Experience: One year in clinical, healthcare, research, regulatory, laboratory, or data management.
• Licenses: Office Laboratory Assistant credentialing application due within six months of hire.
• Certifications: Phlebotomy (CLA) or equivalent; GCP, IATA, BLS within 90 days; CCRP/CCRC preferred.
• Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all research activities as part of the clinical research team.
• Draft, complete, and submit protocol applications as specified by IRB.
• Collect and submit participation data; monitor study compliance; coordinate care for research participants.
• Maintain CTMS, clinical trial data management, and eRegulatory documentation to audit-ready standards.
• Support research billing compliance and progress from feasibility to close-out.
• Provide patient care as an integral part of the research and care teams.
