Job summary

Pinnacle Clinical Research- A Summit Solution in San Antonio is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned trials, recruit and screen participants, and ensure adherence to protocol, GCP, and privacy requirements. You will document activities and coordinate with sponsors and vendors under the Clinical Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific area preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• 3-4 years of experience in Clinical Research
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRIO/CTMS
• Must have strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
• GCP training required and recertification every 2 years
• Spanish and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials
• Recruit and screen study participants
• Document and report daily operations and participant status
• Coordinate with sponsors and external vendors
• Track enrollment and study status to meet goals
• Provide mentorship to less experienced staff
• Maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality
• Ensure adherence to protocol, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
