DocTrials in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee patient visits, screen volunteers, and coordinate interventional studies across multiple offices. You will ensure FDA and ICH-GCP adherence, build sponsor relationships, and manage study documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year clinical research experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiar with FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Ability to coordinate patient visits across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits and independently conduct complex interventional & therapeutic protocols in compliance with FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines across 5+ Phoenix valley offices.
• Lead patient enrollment through chart reviews, community outreach, and outreach activities to meet study goals.
• Develop and maintain strong sponsor/CRO & physician relationships.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and other issues; liaise with laboratories as needed.
• Maintain detailed drug receipt, dispensing, and patient education records; monitor adherence to study rules.
• Obtain training, certification, and maintain credentials to perform study tasks.
• Read and internalize study bulletins, newsletters, memos; update team via Basecamp.
• Collect patient vitals, draw labs, and process shipments as required.
