Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field preferred.
• 1 year of clinical research assistant/coordinator experience.
• 1-2 years in clinical research.
• GCP training and recertification every 2 years required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRIO/CTMS experience preferred.
• Spanish and English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned trials.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll participants.
• Ensure protocol, SOP, and regulatory compliance.
• Document and report study activities and participant status.
• Coordinate with sponsors and external vendors.
• Maintain data privacy and confidentiality.
• Attend site visits and monitoring visits as appropriate.
