Job summary

Summit Clinical Research Solutions in Ridgewood, NJ seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage trial operations, recruit/screen participants, and ensure protocol and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with sponsors and vendors, maintain documentation, and support quality and data integrity across multiple studies.

The role reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus CPR/BLS training and GCP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Clinical Research Assistant or Coordinator.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific area preferred or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRIO/CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• GCP training and recertification every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials and ensure protocol adherence.
• Recruit and screen participants; document and report study activities.
• Maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality per regulations.
• Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and monitors; track enrollment.
• Prepare memos, emails, and study-related communications.
• Support CAPA processes and regulatory document upkeep.

1 year experience in clinical research

Strong communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of ICH/GCP

GCP training & recertification

Fibroscan & memory screens training

BLS training

Ability to multitask

Spanish and English preferred

Education

Bachelor’s in a scientific field preferred
