Job summary

Prolerity Clinical Research, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to oversee daily operations of assigned clinical studies in New Jersey.

You will work with investigators, staff, sponsors, and CROs to ensure protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards are met. You will own study coordination, documentation, data management, and sponsor communications from startup through close-out, organizing visits, consent, and safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical research or trial management experience.
• Preferred credentials: MS, LPN, RN.
• Phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and coordinate all trial activities from initiation to close-out.
• Support start-up activities including regulatory submissions and site activation.
• Attend investigator meetings and site initiation visits.
• Manage visit schedules and coordinate activities across clinical teams.
• Collaborate on recruitment, enrollment, and informed consent.
• Monitor study subjects and report adverse events.
• Maintain source documentation and enter data into required systems.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
