Job summary

NYU Langone Health’s NYU Grossman School of Medicine seeks an Associate Research Coordinator to manage clinical and nonclinical research activities in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee recruitment, enrollment, data collection, and regulatory compliance under Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA guidelines.

You will liaise with Principal Investigators, IRB, sponsors, and clinical teams, ensuring accurate protocols and timely deliverables while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or allied health or equivalent.
  • Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and day-to-day coordination of clinical and nonclinical research activities.
  • Oversee recruitment, screening, informed consent, and enrollment of participants.
  • Coordinate with IRB, sponsors, and study teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare study documents, data management, and essential reports.
  • Serve as liaison with investigators, participants, and external stakeholders.
