The role includes recruitment, enrollment, grant submissions, data collection, and liaison with the IRB and sponsors, under general supervision. Must adhere to GCP and HIPAA guidelines while supporting ongoing clinical research activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or allied field; 0–1 year experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to operate research-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, enrollment, grant submissions, and data collection.
• Coordinate study activities and monitor regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison with the IRB and funding agencies.
• Prepare and maintain research records and reports.
• Support preparation of grant proposals and budgets.
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting for sponsors.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices and HIPAA.
