Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a Research Coordinator to support clinical studies at the Medical Center. You will assist with recruitment, enrollment, grant submissions, data collection, and study coordination, interfacing with IRB and funding bodies as needed.

Work under general supervision with attention to Good Clinical Practices and HIPAA. Responsibilities include regulatory document maintenance, data gathering and reporting, and participation in grant-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of experience in research or clinical coordination preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate under supervision and handle research equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination for research studies conducted at the Medical Center.
• Assist with recruitment, enrollment, grant submissions, and data collection.
• Serve as liaison with IRB, funding agencies, and sponsors.
• Gathers, analyzes, and reports data for sponsors and PI.
• Prepare grants proposals and assist with budgets and reporting.
