Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin seeks an administrative professional to support the clinical research trials program. You will assist with day-to-day operations, recruit and consent participants, coordinate protocol activities with multiple departments, and maintain essential databases and timelines.

The role emphasizes data collection and reporting, IRB compliance, and collaboration on educational and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management.
• Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants and coordinate training.
• Coordinate research protocols including arranging appointments and procedures with other departments and institutions.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify problems in procedures and communicate with investigators.
• Assure compliance with IRB and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparation of IRB documents and evaluation/writing of protocols.
• Collaborate on development of program materials including educational and marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and files for the program.
• Maintain program timeline and track deadlines.
• Coordinate outreach activities including liaison with community organizations.
