Job summary

Flourish Research in Chicago, IL is seeking a results-driven Research Assistant to support our Ravenswood site. You will assist in protocol adherence, patient visits, and data collection for multiple clinical studies.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Onsite work, Monday–Friday day shift, with occasional travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate in science or equivalent clinical research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand protocols to guide patient visits.
• Document patient assessments, observations, test results per regulations and GCPs.
• Obtain informed consent per IRB requirements.
• Assist in recruiting qualified study subjects to meet enrollment timelines.
• Schedule and conduct patient visits according to protocol requirements.
• Maintain accurate source documentation of patient visits and activities.
• Complete CRFs/worksheets generated by the sponsor or CRO.
