Flourish Research in Northridge, CA is seeking a Research Assistant to support our onsite clinical trial operations. The role involves following protocols, documenting visits, and coordinating patient visits under supervision.

The position requires a science-focused associate degree with 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research. Training on ICFs, IRB, and GCPs will be provided. Excellent communication and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of clinical research methods and GCP.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with documentation and data entry.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to protocol changes.

Responsabilités

• Read protocols and assist with patient visits as directed by the Team Lead.
• Document assessments, test results, and study data per regulations.
• Obtain informed consent according to regulations.
• Recruit study subjects while following ethics and IRB rules.
• Schedule and conduct visits per protocol timelines.
• Maintain accurate source documentation and CRFs.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and study information.
• Report adverse events promptly to supervisors.
