Flourish Research is actively hiring a Research Assistant to support our Philadelphia site. You will work with CRCs and site staff on protocol-driven visits, phlebotomy, vital signs, and data entry to support patient enrollment.

The role requires clinical research experience and knowledge of GCP, with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Onsite work and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Clinical research experience required; oncology experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience.
• Clinical skills such as vital signs, EKG/ECG, phlebotomy and injections preferred.
• Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform.
• Strong understanding of ICH, FDA and GCP regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Support CRCs and site staff with protocol-specified patient visits and procedures.
• Document assessments and study data per regs/GCP.
• Obtain and document informed consent following federal regulations and IRB guidelines.
• Support patient recruitment efforts and scheduling to meet enrollment goals.
• Maintain source documentation and complete case report forms.
• Report adverse events to supervisors or investigators as needed.
• Help manage study supplies, lab kits, and other trial materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with research team and document study communications.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally in all interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
