Flourish Research in Chicago, IL is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our Ravenswood site. The role is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, onsite, with a $20–$23/hour compensation depending on experience.

Reports to the Site Director and requires handling calls, coordinating visits, and maintaining documents with confidentiality. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in clinical or research support, and proficiency with Office365.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience as an administrative assistant.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Office365 products and general computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
• Experience with process improvement or operational efficiency is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Communicate in an effective, courteous manner with sponsors, physicians, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Greet patients and monitor and notify respective study coordinators.
• Maintain confidentiality of information related to subjects, protocols, and contracted entities.
• Answer phones and forward messages to staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain written records of all incoming communications to ensure clear information flow.
• Assist regulatory and operations staff with documentation and CV/resume updates.
• Schedule visits and follow-ups as directed by leadership.
