Flourish Research in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Research Assistant to support our clinical trials team at the Walnut Creek site. The role involves patient visits, phlebotomy, IVs, vital signs, ECG, and data collection in line with ICH, FDA, and GCP standards.

You will help recruit patients, document assessments, manage study materials, and communicate with the research team. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and clinical research experience is required; strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and clinical research experience is required.
• Familiar with ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
• Impeccable organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support visits and procedures per protocol, including phlebotomy and ECG
• Document assessments and study data per regulations
• Obtain and document informed consent following IRB guidelines
• Support patient recruitment and enrollment scheduling
• Maintain source documents and case report forms
• Report adverse events to supervisors
• Assist with study materials and supplies management
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical standards
