Flourish Research in Chicago, IL is seeking a Sub-Investigator to support our Ravenswood site. You will work under the Primary Investigator to oversee clinical investigations, ensure protocol adherence, participant safety, and data integrity.

The role requires a medical degree and 2+ years in clinical research; duties include performing physicals, study procedures, consent, adverse event reporting, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with licensure.
• At least 2 years’ experience in performing physicals, assessing, and treating patients.
• 1–3+ years in clinical research or biological research preferred.
• Strong supervision, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and clinical research processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent Flourish Research professionally with sponsors, physicians, and participants.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and agreements with sponsors/IRBs.
• Oversee safety of study participants under the Primary Investigator.
• Perform study procedures, examinations, interviews, and assessments as required.
• Ensure protocol compliance and proper documentation of visits and deviations.
• Obtain informed consent and communicate study details to participants.
