Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a field-based Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to cover the Delta Plains Territory. You will deliver procedural support, education, and clinical demonstrations to surgeons and healthcare professionals, enabling adoption of robotic and reusable technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree or medical certification plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience is required.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics is preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts to physicians and clinical staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Support account development activities that build clinical confidence and drive utilization.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and procedural efficiency.
